My Views-

             As usual the RR have not gone for the star players. RR may not have big names but they have a solid team and a great bunch of talented young players. They have got plenty of options in their middle order as well as in their bowling attack. But they will lack experience at crunch situation for sure. The top 3 will mostly be Rahane, Chand and captain Watson. Sanju Samson will be part of the XI throughout the tournament. If they want to choose experience over young talent, they will have to play Brad Hodge, instead of Steve Smith. Abhishek Nayar, Rajat Bhatia and Kevon Cooper will play the roles of all rounders. Whereas Faulkner and Kulkarni will be the premium medium fast bowlers in the team. One of the spinners either Pravin Tambe or Iqbal Abdullah will have to be part of the playing XI. 
             They can even think of playing an extra batsman instead of Rajat Bhatia if Watson can deliver couple of overs with ball and part-timers like Steve Smith or Brad Hodge and Abhishek Nayar to chip in with couple of overs.
