CHENNAI SUPER KINGS

 

1.Head Coach- Stephen Fleming

               Fleming in his younger days, led New Zealand's young side to show them success. He was one of the most successful captain as well as quality batsman in world cricket history. He played for Chennai Super Kings in the inaugural version of the IPL and in 2009, he was appointed the coach for Chennai Super Kings. For 5th consecutive year, Fleming will be the head coach of CSK!

                        

2.Bowling Coach- Andy Bichel

                                 

                         Andy Bichel from Australia was a fearsome fast bowler, who bowled long spells with consistent speed and accuracy! He played important role in the 2003 World Cup which Australia won eventually. After 2007 he turned to coaching. In this year's IPL he will coach the CSK side with some quality pace bowlers like Chris Morris, Jason Holder, Hilfanhaus, Nannes and also some young Indian bowlers like Yo Mahesh.

 

 

  3.Fielding Coach- Steve Rixon

                                                                                                                               

                                                                                                                                                 Steve Rixon, former Australian wicket keeper, is the fielding coach of Chennai Super Kings. After retiring from International cricket, he has guided the New South Wales' team (Aus. domestic team) as well as the New Zealand's team, when Fleming was the captain. Along side wicket keeping he was a brilliant fielder. He will be pleased to guide fielders like Raina, du Plessis, Hussey, Vijay, Bravo on the field. Also his keeping experience will help CSK's captain M.S.Dhoni.

 

  4.Physio- Tommy Simsek

                                                                                                                               

                                                                                                                                                 Melbourne based Tommy Simsek is highly qualified physio. He has worked with Sri Lankan national cricket team for around 5 years. Simsek has worked extensively with Chennai Super Kings ever since he took over as team physio and the team has benefitted greatly from his vast expertise.
